We're certified, and have many years of hands-on experience with Btrieve & Pervasive SQL.

Troubleshooting:
Our specialty is finding the problem fast! With our series of a few questions that we ask you, we can pinpoint the problem quickly.

Solutions:
Over the telephone we can solve 90% of the technical issues that we have faced.
The other 10% are split up by using a VPN (PC Anywhere, windows remote desktop, etc...) 5% and having a technician visit you (5%).
If you're not in our area, don't worry! There are certified Pervasive Professionals throughout North America, and Europe who can assist you should you need a visit from a technician.
